Hayden Congregational holding Bible School


— Hayden Congregational Church and Mission of Grace Baptist Church are holding a vacation Bible School for children entering grades K-5 from July 21 to 25 at 202 E. Jefferson Ave. in Hayden. The camp, "Make a Splash with Jesus," is from 9 to 11:30 a.m.. Early registration is recommended; forms can be picked up at either church as well as many Hayden businesses. Sheep and cattle dog clinic July 16 and 17

Faansie Basson of South Africa will teach a sheep and cattle dog clinic here July 16 and 17 at the Sasak Ranch in Steamboat Springs. Basson is spending the summer in Meeker while he competes in trials and clinics around the Western states.

He will work with several younger dogs and a few older, more experienced ones. Space is limited, so interested handlers should call right away. Spectators are welcome.

55-year SSHS reunion Saturday and Sunday

The Steamboat Springs High School Class of 1953 has its 55-year reunion Saturday and Sunday, including a Sunday potluck picnic at noon at the Dorr Picnic Area. Other classes and friends are welcome.
