Steamboat Springs — Steamboat Art Museum seeking volunteers
The Steamboat Art Museum needs new volunteers for two- or three-hour shifts Tuesdays through Sundays. Museum hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesdays to Saturdays and noon to 4 p.m. Sundays. Training will be provided, and volunteers can train to be docents of the upcoming exhibits. Call Nancy at 846-0504 or the museum at 870-1755.
Routt County Fair booth space available
Game and food booth space is available for the 94th annual Routt County Fair in Hayden. Booths provide a great opportunity for clubs, groups and small businesses to raise funds for their organizations. For more information, call Jill Altman at 276-3068 or e-mail jaltman@co.routt.co.us.
Volunteers sought for county fair centennial
Plans are now being made for the 100-year anniversary of the Routt County Fair in summer 2014. Volunteers are needed to form the "Friends of the Fair Centennial Committee." Call Jo for more information at 846-2627.
