12:35 a.m. Two horses were in the middle of the road near mile marker 40 on Colorado Highway 131 in Toponas. A Routt County Sheriff's Office deputy resolved the issue.

12:43 a.m. A person complained about a loud party in the Tree Haus subdivision. Sheriff's Office deputies gave the partiers a warning.

12:48 a.m. A fight was reported in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue. A 25-year-old Steamboat Springs woman was arrested and charged with third-degree assault.

1:16 a.m. A drunken pedestrian was reported on Fourth Street between Oak Street and Lincoln Avenue. The intoxicated man was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center.

1:30 a.m. Vandalism was reported in the 300 block of Third Street.

2:27 a.m. A fight was reported in the 70 block of Anglers Drive. A 22-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested and charged with theft.

2:53 a.m. Police responded to a noise complaint in the 1000 block of Shadow Run Frontage. A 19-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested and charged with failure to appear in a minor in possession of alcohol case.

3:02 a.m. An officer was called regarding a possible sexual assault in the 200 block of North Lincoln Avenue in Oak Creek. The Sheriff's Office is investigating.

3:45 a.m. A drunken driver was reported at U.S. Highway 40 and Walton Creek Road. A 29-year-old Illinois man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and weaving.

6:55 a.m. Sheriff's officials responded to a dog bite complaint in the 21000 block of Colorado Highway 131 in Phippsburg. A dog jumped over a fence and bit a person on the left hand, breaking the skin. The person didn't want medical attention. Sheriff's Office deputies took a report.

8:31 a.m. A reckless driver was reported at mile marker 149 on U.S. 40.

8:41 a.m. A suspicious incident was reported at 12th and Merritt streets.

10:09 a.m. Police responded to an animal complaint in the 3000 block of Hiawatha Court. Police gave a warning.

1:01 p.m. The intrusion alarm went off at the Routt County Courthouse, in the 1000 block of Shield Drive. Everything was fine.

1:27 p.m. A motor vehicle wreck was reported on Fifth Street at the railroad crossing gates. No more information was available.

1:34 p.m. A drunken driver was reported at 11th Street and Lincoln Avenue.

2:41 p.m. A juvenile fell out of an inflatable tube on the Yampa River. Police conducted a search around Fifth Street and Howelsen Hill. The juvenile was found with other family members.

2:46 p.m. Vandalism was reported in the 300 block of Little Moon Trail. A vehicle was damaged.

5:12 p.m. A one-vehicle wreck was reported on Forest Service Road 550 north of King Solomon Mine near Clark. No one was injured.

5:19 p.m. A drunken pedestrian was reported in the 800 block of Yampa Street. The person was turned over to a sober person.

7:13 p.m. A motorist called for assistance at mile marker five on Routt County Road 129. A rear tire had come off the vehicle. The motorist needed a tow truck.

7:28 p.m. Sheriff's officials responded to a complaint of a barking dog in the 27000 block of Brandon Circle. A deputy handled the situation.

10:01 p.m. A reckless driver was reported at Central Park Drive and Pine Grove Road.

10:31 p.m. A suspicious incident was reported in the 3000 block of Ingles Lane.

11:07 p.m. Police responded to a noise complaint in the 3000 block of Columbine Drive. Police gave a warning.

11:26 p.m. A disturbance was reported in the 2000 block of Mount Werner Circle. Police took a report.

11:38 p.m. A trespass was reported in the 2000 block of Storm Meadows Drive. Some people were in a hot tub after hours, and police told them to leave.
