1:10 a.m. An assault was reported in the 1300 block of Indian Trails, where someone was struck in the shoulder. No charges were filed.

12:43 a.m. An illegally parked vehicle was towed from the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

5:43 a.m. A noise complaint was received from 13th Street and Lithia Springs Road. Police gave a warning.

7:35 a.m. An illegally parked vehicle was towed from the 1300 block of Bob Adams Drive.

7:36 a.m. Vandalism was reported in the 31500 block of East U.S. Highway 40, where a vehicle's taillight had been broken. Sheriff's Office deputies took a report.

8:30 a.m. An illegally parked vehicle was towed from the 3000 block of Columbine Drive.

10:51 a.m. A dog at large was reported at Blue Sage Drive and Blue Bell Court.

11:02 a.m. A fallen power line was reported at Colorado Highway 131 and Routt County Road 134. Sheriff's Office deputies provided traffic control while the power line was fixed.

11:15 a.m. A lost wallet was reported on Curve Plaza.

12:17 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 2300 block of Storm Meadows Drive. Police took a report.

12:33 p.m. A license plate found in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue was turned in to the Steamboat Springs Police Department.

12:40 p.m. A vehicle complaint was received from Trails Edge, where a car was impeding traffic. Police gave a warning.

12:46 p.m. A dog at large was reported near mile marker 126 on U.S. 40. The animal was gone before police arrived.

1:24 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Rollingstone Drive and Pine Grove Road. Police issued a citation.

2:04 p.m. A disturbance was reported in Steamboat Springs, where a father and son were having an altercation. No charges were filed. Police took a report.

3:02 p.m. An intrusion alarm went off in the 1500 block of Eagle Glen Drive. Everything was fine.

4:19 p.m. Vandalism was reported in the 21000 block of Palamino Way in Oak Creek, where tenants had damaged rented property. Sheriff's Office deputies took a report.

4:20 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Yampa and Seventh streets. Police took a report.

5:10 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at U.S. 40 and Shield Drive. Police issued a citation.

6:27 p.m. A found license plate was turned in to the Steamboat Springs Police Department.

7:14 p.m. A suspicious vehicle was reported in an alley behind the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. The car was gone before police arrived.

8:06 p.m. A man was arrested for driving with a suspended license and driving with no proof of insurance during a traffic stop at Village Drive and Medicine Springs Road.

11:59 p.m. A drunken pedestrian was reported at Village Drive and Apres Ski Way.

4:19 vandalism reported at 21000 palamino sheriff took a report where was OCPD maybe the were tracking down kid and young mothers

It may be that they do not respond 12 miles out of town unless requested to by the RCSO. Much better to stay in town and DO THEIR JOB even if who they "are tracking down" doesn't meet your approval.
