Gerri Wilmer: Real Republicans
Voters have a chance to select a real Republican, not a Republican in Name Only (RINO). Look at John McCain carefully. This 72-year-old RINO has a record of siding with the liberal Democrats and with his "good ole boy" Clinton club. He hasn't closed the border in his own state of Arizona, and illegals are stampeding over the border with McCain ready to give them amnesty and Social Security cards.

Our View: The drive for traffic funding
The biggest hurdle to widening and improving U.S. Highway 40 from 13th Street west to Steamboat II isn't how to do it or whether to do it - it's how to fund it.
