Prudential Steamboat nabs top state awards
Pam Vanatta, of Prudential Steamboat Realty, and her colleagues on the Olson Team recently pocketed some top awards in competition with Prudential brokers from across Colorado.
Vanatta ranked first in gross commission income. Lisa Olson and Beth Bishop ranked second on the list for the Prudential Sales Professional Award.
Steamboat Springs issues building permits
The city of Steamboat Springs saw permits issued for a pair of duplex units valued at $2.1 million in November. There also was a permit issued for tri-plex building valued at $1.8 million.
The single-family home sector saw five permits with an aggregate value of $3 million issued in Routt County outside Steamboat.
Colorado Group Realty honors 6 top brokers
Steamboat Springs-based Colorado Group Realty recently honored six of its brokers for accomplishments during the past 12 months.
The Rising Star Award was given to the company's Hayden office and its three brokers - Vonnie Frentress, Amy Williams and Mark Dudley. Since opening in January 2008, the office has become the top-producing real estate office in Hayden, according to a news release from Colorado Group Realty.
The Brokers of the Year Award went to Shelley Stanford and Sharon Beaupre, who team together as the "Valley Girls." The Top Producer Award was given to Randall Hannaway, one of the founding members of Colorado Group Realty.
