3:21 a.m. A 31-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving under restraint, during a traffic stop at Lincoln Avenue and Hilltop Parkway.

6:42 a.m. A welfare check was requested on a woman in Steamboat Springs. Police located her later that morning, and she was given a mental health referral.

7:33 a.m. A one-vehicle rollover accident was reported near mile marker 23 on Routt County Road 27, where a Hayden School District Suburban carrying four students slid off the road and landed on its roof. One student suffered a cut to his finger; the rest of the occupants, including the driver, were unharmed. The driver was cited for careless driving causing injury.

7:54 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Village Drive and Walton Creek Road. Police took a report and issued a citation.

9:06 a.m. Steamboat police assisted a motorist on Walton Creek Road between Village and Columbine drives.

9:14 a.m. Hayden police assisted a motorist at Poplar Street and Jefferson Avenue.

10:17 a.m. A welfare check was requested on a woman in Steamboat Springs, whose mother was worried because she was unable to contact her. Police have been unable to locate her, as well.

10:20 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Lincoln Avenue and Anglers Drive. Police took a report and issued a citation.

10:29 a.m. Steamboat police assisted a motorist in the 2200 block of Elk River Road.

11:08 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Pine Grove Circle and Lincoln Avenue. Police took a report and issued a citation.

11:22 a.m. Steamboat police assisted a motorist at Mount Werner Road and Steamboat Boulevard.

11:57 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Fish Creek Falls Road and Stoneridge Drive. Police took a report.

12:20 p.m. Steamboat police assisted a motorist on Fish Creek Falls Road south of Amethyst Drive.

12:35 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Lincoln Avenue and Anglers Drive. Police took a report.

12:41 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 2800 block of Ski Trail Lane. Police took a report.

12:54 p.m. Car keys were reported stolen in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police took a report.

1:08 p.m. Sheriff's Office deputies assisted a motorist at Routt County Road 129 and C.R. 44.

2:46 p.m. A disturbance was reported in the 3400 block of AprÃs Ski Way, where a woman reported her neighbor was pounding surveying stakes into her property and ramming his snowplow into her trees. Police took a report.

2:51 p.m. Theft was reported in the 2500 block of Village Drive, where cigarettes had been shoplifted. Police took a report.

4 p.m. A domestic dispute was reported in the 900 block of Confluence Court, where a man and a woman were arguing. Police mediated the dispute.

4:03 p.m. Theft of a pair of headphones was reported in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle. A woman in her 20s suspected of shoplifting them set off a store's security system when she exited, but employees were unable to catch her. Police took a report.

6:26 p.m. Fraud was reported in the 1400 block of Bob Adams Drive where a man's bank account was being illegally accessed. Police took a report.

6:40 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 2800 block of Chinook Lane. Police took an accident report and arrested one of the vehicle's passengers, a 20-year-old Steamboat Springs man, on an outstanding warrant.

10:14 p.m. A 23-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 1300 block of Hilltop Parkway.

10:52 p.m. A 20-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested during a traffic stop at Lincoln Avenue and Hilltop Parkway. Officers smelled marijuana when they contacted the driver, and a subsequent search turned up drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana packaged for distribution. The driver was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to distribute and failure to display head lamps.
