6:15 p.m. Tammy Stewart, Democratic candidate for 14th Judicial District attorney, plans to speak to the Craig Lions Club about her campaign platform at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Hall, 419 E. Victory Way.

8 a.m. The Craig Downtown Business Association meets at Serendipity Coffee Shop, 576 Yampa Ave. The second Wednesday of each month is a Meet-and-Greet, hosted by a local business.

Noon. Craig Group One Alcoholics Anonymous' women's open meeting is at 50 S. Ranney St. Call 888-333-9649.

Noon. Yampa Valley Ladies Golf Association will hold its August meeting at the Tin Cup Grill. Lunch costs $8. For information or reservations, call the Tin Cup Grill at 824-3764.
