— 12:13 a.m. A suspicious vehicle was reported on Howelsen Parkway. Everything was fine.

12:25 a.m. A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue. Everything was fine.

12:52 a.m. Police assisted a motorist at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue.

4:47 a.m. A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 1700 block of Fetcher Park Drive. Everything was fine.

7:58 a.m. A possible car accident was reported near Pine Grove and Mount Werner roads, where a driver thought he or she may have struck a road sign or pole. There was no damage to the vehicle. Police took a report.

8:13 a.m. An illegally parked vehicle was towed from the 3300 block of Columbine Drive.

9:38 a.m. A drunken driver was reported heading east on U.S. Highway 40 near mile marker 116.

9:40 a.m. A welfare check was requested on a runaway 16-year-old girl in Steamboat Springs. She was reported missing by her parents in Craig last week and was returned to her family.

10:52 a.m. A fire alarm went off in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive. Everything was fine.

11:59 a.m. A possible theft was reported in the 1100 block of Central Park Drive. The complaint was unfounded.

12:49 p.m. A stolen Ford Mustang was reported in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue. The vehicle was located in a nearby parking lot.

1:49 p.m. A burglar alarm went off in the 3200 block of Snowflake Circle. Everything was fine.

2:43 p.m. An abandoned vehicle was reported at 10th Street and Lincoln Avenue.

3:04 p.m. A fire alarm went off in the 2200 block of Storm Meadows Drive. Everything was fine.

4:07 p.m. A fire alarm went off in the 3300 block of Columbine Drive. Everything was fine.

4:17 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 1800 block of Hunters Drive. Police took a report.

6:27 p.m. A dog bite complaint was received from the 300 block of Sixth Street, where a dog bit part of his pet-sitter's thumb off and got loose. Police helped catch the dog and took a report.

7:39 p.m. A burglar alarm went off in the 2700 block of Downhill Drive. Everything was fine.

8:41 p.m. A noise complaint was received from the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza. Police gave a warning.

10:45 p.m. A fight in progress was reported in the alley between the 700 block of Yampa Street and Lincoln Avenue, where several people were beating up a 25-year-old man. The victim, who was heavily intoxicated and uncooperative, was transported to the hospital for treatment of facial injuries and taken to detox. His assailants were gone when officers arrived.
