12:19 a.m. A suspicious incident was reported on County Road 80 near Hayden where a person in a black trench coat riding a black horse was reportedly chasing a man in a car. Routt County Sheriff's deputies were unable to locate the rider.

12:20 a.m. Three men were reported fighting on West Acres Drive. Police mediated the dispute, and one man was taken to detox.

2:10 a.m. An ambulance was requested in Hayden.

2:36 a.m. A one-vehicle accident was reported on the corner of Village Drive and Meadow Lane. Police issued the driver a ticket for careless driving.

3:34 a.m. A car was reported swerving on U.S. Highway 40. One man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving at U.S. 40 and Weiss Drive.

5 a.m. A suspicious vehicle was reported in Brandon Circle. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.

8:42 a.m. Theft was reported in the 2300 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police took a report.

9:10 a.m. An ambulance was requested in Steamboat Springs.

9:35 a.m. A fire alarm was reported in the 2200 block of Storm Meadows Drive.

1:11 p.m. A horse with a saddle but no rider was reported in the mud on U.S. 40 near mile marker 148. Deputies located a sheepherder nearby. Everything was fine.

2:11 p.m. A noise complaint was made from the 21000 block of Whitewood Drive West, where a radio or television was playing loudly. Deputies talked to the parties and asked them to turn it down.

2:30 p.m. An ambulance was requested in Steamboat Springs.

4:48 p.m. An ambulance was requested in Yampa.

5:56 p.m. A two-vehicle hit-and-run was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. A parked car was struck while the owner was shopping. Police took a report.

5:59 p.m. Two men were reported shoplifting in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. When police arrived, the store owner declined to press charges, and the dispute was mediated.

8:43 p.m. An ambulance was requested in Steamboat Springs.

10:50 p.m. An officer was requested at the 13th Street bridge where debris was in the roadway. The debris was removed.
