A suspicious person was caught sleeping in their car and given a warning? I didn't know this was illegal, unless his car was in the middle of the road. I guess that adds another category to the 'suspicious' label that locals call in to report to the police. What's next? A suspicious 'dog' that is chasing birds? Sometimes I think people call in just to see their report in the paper, what else can explain the bizarre reports everyday!
