12:03 a.m. A Steamboat Springs man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault after a domestic violence altercation resulting in minor injuries. No further information was available.

4:11 a.m. A one-vehicle rollover accident was reported at Crawford Avenue and 11th Street. There were no injuries.

4:17 a.m. An intoxicated man was reportedly sleeping in his car in the 2000 block of Snow Bowl Plaza. Police issued a summons.

7:46 a.m. A dog at large reported was on Colorado Highway 131 in Phippsburg. The animal was gone when Sheriff's Office deputies arrived.

8 a.m. A one-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 1200 block of Bob Adams Drive. Police took a report.

8:26 a.m. A suspicious incident was reported near mile marker 114 on U.S. Highway 40, where a man parked his truck on the side of the road and dumped a large black bag on the shoulder. Sheriff's Office deputies were unable to locate the bag or the vehicle.

12:37 p.m. A dog at large was reported near mile marker 50 on Colo. 131. The animal was gone when Sheriff's Office deputies arrived.

1:09 p.m. A noise complaint was received from the 2700 block of Alpenglow Way, where loud music was playing at a construction site.

1:12 p.m. A holdup alarm was set off accidentally in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. Everything was fine.

1:21 p.m. Theft was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive, where prescription medication for panic attacks was stolen out of a vehicle the previous day. Police took a report.

1:52 p.m. A burglar alarm went off in the 2200 block of Golf View Way. Everything was fine.

4:38 p.m. A burglar alarm went off in the 1900 block of Cimarron Circle. Everything was fine.

4:51 p.m. Police assisted a motorist at Dream Island Plaza and U.S. 40.

4:52 p.m. A Hayden man was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license during a traffic stop at Chestnut Street and Lincoln Avenue in Hayden.

5:16 p.m. A fire alarm went off in the 400 block of West Jefferson Avenue in Hayden. Everything was fine.

6:06 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 200 block of Hill Street. Police took a report.

10:41 p.m. Harassment was reported in Steamboat Springs, where a woman's ex-boyfriend was outside her residence. The man had sent the woman approximately 100 text messages and was calling her nonstop, police said. The man was given a courtesy ride home.

11:16 p.m. A drunken driver was reported in the 500 block of South Lincoln Avenue. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.

Others who are intox get arrested for being near their car this guy gets a summons WHere were his/her keys?
As for noise at 1 in the afternoon come on Get a Life!!!!!
