Steamboat briefs for April 21
MainStreet Steamboat Springs is seeking volunteers for a Christmas season event the first weekend in December. The vision is to have the twinkle lights lit on Lincoln Avenue, the street closed on Saturday night much like the Halloween Stroll, a visit from Santa Claus, open houses in the stores and much more. A meeting for volunteers is at noon April 28 at the Cantina of Steamboat restaurant. For more information, call Tracy Barnett at 846-1800. If you can't make the meeting but would like to be involved, call to get on the list for future meetings.
