What about the selective enforcement of criminals; one doggie goes to jail while the other just gets ratted on.

What a sight. You go into the house and leave your doors open in your car, and when u return a big bear is eating your groceries. What is the definition of suspicious I ask again? I guess a man who gets off a train is. More alarms are going off again, is a major problem, and all these false alarms don't help police, it is like the boy who cried wolf.
