2:37 a.m. A fire was reported at a coal pile in the 13100 block of West U.S. Highway 40 outside Hayden. No structures were damaged and no one was injured. Officials from the West Routt Fire Protection District contained the fire by 5 a.m.
6:15 a.m. A fire alarm went off in the 1400 block of Flattop Circle. Everything was fine.
7:57 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in a parking lot at Lincoln Avenue and Anglers Drive. Police took a report.
8:27 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 39600 block of Amethyst Drive. Sheriff's Office deputies took a report.
8:38 a.m. A one-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Walton Creek Road and U.S. 40. Police took a report.
8:54 a.m. A parking complaint was received from the 1300 block of Blue Sage Drive. Police issued three warning tickets.
10:15 a.m. A one-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Village Drive and Walton Creek Road. Police provided traffic control.
11:23 a.m. An abandoned vehicle was reported at Routt County Road 16 and C.R. 14.
1:10 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 200 block of Anglers Drive, where a driver ran into a parked car. Police took a report.
1:57 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Fifth Street and Lincoln Avenue. Police took a report.
2:15 p.m. A vehicle complaint was received from mile marker 6.5 on C.R. 129, where a vehicle was weaving and the occupants were making rude gestures. Sheriff's Office deputies were unable to locate the vehicle.
3:35 p.m. A carbon monoxide alarm went off in the 33400 block of C.R. 14. Everything was fine.
3:38 p.m. A vehicle complaint was received from Walton Creek Road and U.S. 40, where an all-terrain vehicle was driving on the bike path. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.
3:51 p.m. A suspicious person was reported at Eighth Street and Lincoln Avenue, where a man was trying to get into a vehicle. The man was locked out of his car.
3:55 p.m. A two-vehicle, hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1600 block of Shadow Run Frontage. There were no injuries. Police took a report.
4:53 p.m. An abandoned vehicle was reported on Park Place.
6:43 p.m. A barking dog complaint was received from Crawford Avenue and 11th Street. Everything was quiet when police arrived.
8:55 p.m. A Steamboat Springs man was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 1300 block of Walton Creek Road.
8:57 p.m. A possible drunken driver was reported driving erratically on Central Park Drive. The driver was lost, but not intoxicated. Police gave a warning.
10:19 p.m. A noise complaint was received from the 1600 block of Shadow Run Frontage, where kids were running in the halls. Police gave their parents warnings.
