9:57 a.m. Hayden officials reportedly smelled natural gas at the Hayden Town Hall. West Routt Fire Protection District and Atmos Energy officials checked out the building. Everything was fine.

10:06 a.m. A bear was spotted in the 300 block of Old Fish Creek Falls Road.

10:23 a.m. Someone was arrested on suspicion of theft in the 2700 block of Downhill Drive.

12:09 p.m. Officers assisted a driver who was locked out of a car in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue.

1:13 p.m. A driver was taken to the hospital from Colorado Highway 131 after the driver was involved in a rollover accident south of Yampa. No other vehicles were involved, and no other injuries were reported.

1:43 p.m. Theft was reported in the 2500 block of Apres Ski Way.

1:49 p.m. A man registered as a sex offender at the police department.

1:51 p.m. Deputies checked on someone in the 51000 block of Routt County Road 129.

2:32 p.m. Vandalism was reported in the first block of Maple Street.

3:52 p.m. An ambulance was requested somewhere in the Steamboat area.

4:28 p.m. An ambulance was requested somewhere in the Steamboat area.

5:04 p.m. A bear was spotted in the 27000 block of Moonlight Way.

5:31 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near Lincoln Avenue and Pine Grove Road.

6:18 p.m. A 23-year-old Hayden woman was arrested in the 200 block of W. Jefferson Avenue in Hayden on suspicion of aggravated motor vehicle theft, driving under revocation and failing to yield. Hayden police said the woman allegedly was driving a car she did not have permission to drive and was involved in a three-car accident. No injuries were reported.

6:39 p.m. A 34-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested near Lincoln Avenue and Highpoint Drive for being a fugitive of justice.

7:06 p.m. A woman reported a suspicious person in the 25000 block of Dusty Trail in Oak Creek. The person was gone when deputies arrived.

8:16 p.m. A 47-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on 13th Street on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and weaving.

10:10 p.m. A noise complaint was reported in the 900 block of Confluence Court. Residents were given a warning to be quiet.
