12:32 a.m. A car reportedly hit a cow near Routt County roads 27 and 33. The cow was "severely injured," law enforcement said, but the driver was fine.

12:48 a.m. A 25-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under suspension and felony eluding. Police said the man apparently drove into an apartment on Weiss Drive and ran from the accident scene. No injuries were reported.

2:28 a.m. A drunken person was taken to detox from the 400 block of Eighth Street.

8:57 a.m. A Craig man reportedly fell asleep while driving through Hayden on U.S. Highway 40 and ran over a berry bush and then a hit a tree. The man was taken to The Memorial Hospital in Craig to be treated for minor injuries. The man was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident, Hayden police said.

10:34 a.m. Vandalism was reported in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue.

12:48 p.m. A disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Eighth Street.

4:04 p.m. A 21-year-old Steamboat Springs woman was arrested at the Routt County Jail for being a fugitive of justice.

6:25 p.m. An Oak Creek woman reported her son and her son's friend being harassed by older students. Officers mediated the situation.

10:11 p.m. A car was broken down on the side of Colorado Highway 131 near mile marker 66. The car was red tagged.

11:05 p.m. A 35-year-old Colorado Springs woman died on Rabbit Ears Pass when the semitrailer she was riding in rolled over on U.S. Highway 40 five miles east of Steamboat Springs. The woman's husband was driving the semitrailer. The man sustained moderate burns to his arms in the accident, and was treated and released from the hospital Monday. Colorado State Patrol cited the man for careless driving resulting in death.
