1:54 a.m. A driver reportedly was weaving in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers were unable to locate the car.
1:55 a.m. A woman saw a bear in the 3300 block of Spring Valley Drive.
2:42 a.m. A man complained about noise in the 800 block of Hillside Drive.
7:40 a.m. A fraud report was taken at the Steamboat Springs Police Department.
7:58 a.m. A construction backhoe reportedly was damaged on Routt County Road 38. A report was taken.
8 a.m. A theft report was taken in the 2800 block of Village Drive.
8:21 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 200 block of Blue Sage Circle.
8:30 a.m. Deputies mediated an argument between two people on Mount Werner.
9:54 a.m. Two neighbors reportedly were arguing about a horse in the 28000 block of Valley View Road. A report was taken.
10:28 a.m. A dog reportedly bit a woman.
11:31 a.m. A woman reported being threatened.
12:06 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near Anglers Drive and Lincoln Avenue.
12:21 p.m. A theft report was taken in the 200 block of James Street.
2:03 p.m. A woman saw a bear in the 2400 block of Ski Trail Lane.
2:41 p.m. A 91-year-old McCoy woman died when a Yampa Valley Electric Association truck struck the woman's car as she was driving south on Colorado Highway 131 near the Eagle County border. The driver of the YVEA truck was cited for careless driving causing death and failing to yield the right-of-way. A Colorado State Patrol press release said the driver of the YVEA truck had pulled out in front of the woman when attempting to make a turn off a county road onto the highway. The driver of the YVEA truck was not injured.
5:42 p.m. An ambulance was requested in the first block of Maple Street.
5:54 p.m. Two 18-year-old Elizabeth men were arrested at Stagecoach State Park. One man was arrested on suspicion of false reporting. The other was arrested on suspicion of speeding, driving under revocation, possessing drug paraphernalia and possessing marijuana.
7:28 p.m. Officers checked on someone in the 2600 block of Riverside Drive. The person was fine.
9:20 p.m. Loud noise was reported in the 3200 block of AprÃs Ski Way.
10:55 p.m. Loud noise was reported in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza.
11:35 p.m. A bear was spotted in the first block of Anglers Drive.
11:42 p.m. A bear was spotted in the first block of Maple Street.
