1:34 a.m. A man complained about a barking dog in the 3400 block of Stone Lane. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were unable to find the dog.
2:22 a.m. Someone was cited for sleeping in his or her car in the 1400 block of Pine Grove Road.
9:38 a.m. Someone reportedly broke into a storage unit in the 2700 block of Eagleridge Drive and stole some items about a week ago. A report was taken.
9:52 a.m. A driver reportedly was weaving and crossing the yellow line near Mount Werner Road and Lincoln Avenue. The driver was gone when officers arrived.
10:17 a.m. A man was cited for menacing after he reportedly began threatening someone walking up his driveway on Routt County Road 179. Police said the man walking up the driveway was picking up some rocks a friend had paid for. The man cited for menacing apparently thought the other man was trespassing.
1:09 p.m. A fraud report was taken in the 2200 block of Curve Court.
1:53 p.m. A man reported hearing gunshots in the 1400 block of Blue Spruce Court. Officers were unable to locate the source.
2:11 p.m. Two men reportedly were arguing in the 2500 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers mediated the argument.
2:26 p.m. A bear was spotted in the 700 block of Yampa Street.
3:11 p.m. A man reported several suspicious bags of white powder being ripped open and scattered by cars in the 1500 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police said the powder was a construction material that is not hazardous.
4:04 p.m. About $1,000 worth of damage was done to the Lithia Springs area. Police said several concrete benches, concrete decorations and a trashcan were damaged. Also, the springs will have to be drained to remove the trash that was thrown in the water.
4:30 p.m. A woman in the 2600 block of Alpenglow Way complained about someone banging on bongo drums. The drummer was given a warning.
6:56 p.m. A 47-year-old woman died in the 400 block of Tamarack Drive. It does not appear the death was suspicious.
7:56 p.m. Residents in the 2800 block of Ski Trail Lane reportedly were throwing things at bears that were eating trash.
11:03 p.m. A woman complained about someone parked in front of her home in the 2300 block of Val d'Isere Circle.
