12:01 a.m. Loud partiers were given a warning to be quiet in the 400 block of Third Street.

12:21 a.m. A driver was given a ticket for a traffic offense near Oak and 10th streets.

1:32 a.m. Four or five people reportedly walked through a man's property in the first block of Spruce Street. A report was taken.

1:36 a.m. Someone reportedly heard people yelling and screaming in the 400 block of Third Street. A 22-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on suspicion of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after he allegedly broke something. A 20-year-old man also sustained minor injuries to his face, but refused to be taken to the hospital.

3:15 a.m. A man was worried about a drunken man walking in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. The drunken man was gone when officers arrived.

3:31 a.m. A 51-year-old California man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after police reportedly found the man passed out in his car in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

8:02 a.m. A gas skip worth $16.22 was reported in the 2000 block of Curve Plaza.

8:14 a.m. A two-vehicle, minor-injury accident was reported near Anglers Drive and Lincoln Avenue.

9:04 a.m. A woman reported her son vandalizing a law office near Third Street and Lincoln Avenue.

10:26 a.m. Someone reported a man driving over a planter on West Acres Drive. The man disputed the claim, saying he didn't think that was true. Police said the incident was civil, not criminal.

12:52 p.m. A loose dog was taken to the shelter from the 800 block of Howelsen Parkway.

2:37 p.m. A woman reported her car being struck by another car Oct. 9 in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

3:15 p.m. A man reported a car speeding and driving unsafely in the 1900 block of 13th Street. The car was gone when officers arrived.

3:27 p.m. Code enforcement officers removed political signage that was placed illegally in an easement on Burgess Creek Road. The signs were taken to the city.

3:49 p.m. A car reportedly drove on a park's grass in the 3800 block of Whistler Road.

3:51 p.m. A car reportedly ran a school bus' stoplights near Ninth Street and Lincoln Avenue.

7:19 p.m. A 48-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on Indian Trails for being a fugitive of justice.

9:42 p.m. Two blonde women in their 40s who were wearing Levi's reportedly were walking in the middle of Lincoln Avenue. The women were gone when officers arrived.

10 p.m. A drunken man reportedly crashed on his bicycle while he was riding down Fish Creek Falls Road. The man was taken to the hospital. The incident is under investigation.

11:39 p.m. An 18-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza on suspicion of driving under revocation and possessing less than 1 ounce of marijuana.
