12:33 a.m. A suspicious incident was reported in the 200 block of North Lincoln Avenue in Oak Creek. A man had locked himself out of his house and was in his shed looking for a spare key.

1:34 a.m. An open door was reported at Steamboat Springs High School. Police officers went to the school and secured the door.

2:25 a.m. A noise complaint was made in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue in downtown Steamboat, where three men reportedly were fighting in a parking lot. Officers contacted the men and told them to quiet down.

3:31 a.m. A train hit and killed three cows on ranch property near the Steamboat Golf Club. The accident caused damage to a breaker switch.

7:33 a.m. A complaint was made about a vehicle parked in the road near Decker Park in Oak Creek. The vehicle was towed.

10:15 a.m. A tire and wheel were reported stolen from a parking garage near the entrance to Ski Time Square.

1:35 p.m. A dog at large was reported at the Emerald Park fields.

1:51 p.m. An officer was dispatched to the 900 block of Confluence Court for a report of a woman acting strangely.

2:10 p.m. Three dogs were off-leash in the 900 block of Pamela Lane, and a warning was issued to their owner.

4:04 p.m. Officers were called to respond to a report of someone threatening to shoot dogs at Marabou Ranch.

4:48 p.m. Loud music was reported from a popular skateboarding area at Colorado Mountain College.

7:55 p.m. Officers were called on a welfare check on Laurel Street. Officers could not locate the individual.

9:05 p.m. A man was arrested at U.S. Highway 40 and Hilltop Parkway on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and not having a visible license plate. As a result of that traffic stop, the vehicle's passenger also was arrested on suspicion of being a fugitive of justice on a minor in possession charge.

10:13 p.m. A woman was arrested at Lincoln Avenue and 13th Street on suspicion of driving under suspension and speeding.
