3:03 a.m. Police responded to a disturbance in the 3100 block of Lincoln Avenue, where two male roommates were fighting at a hotel.

4:39 a.m. Police responded to a roommate dispute over a vehicle in the 1400 block of Robert E. Lee Lane. A report was taken.

5:06 a.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a vehicle accident five miles west of Steamboat Springs on U.S. Highway 40, where a truck hit an elk.

6:37 a.m. A fire alarm went off in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

7:28 a.m. Vandalism was reported in the 27300 block of Brandon Circle, where a vehicle's driver-side window had been broken during the night. Sheriff's Office deputies attributed the incident to the cold and determined there was no criminal activity.

7:50 a.m. A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was reported at the intersection of Shield Drive and U.S. Highway 40.

9:44 a.m. A fire alarm went off in the 2200 block of Village Inn Court.

10:11 a.m. An ambulance was requested in Steamboat Springs.

12:14 p.m. A dog at large was reported on 12th Street. Animal control cited the owner.

12:49 p.m. A dog at large was reported in the 2300 block of Val D'Isere Circle. The animal was taken to the shelter.

1:05 p.m. A two-vehicle non-injury accident was reported in the 1900 block of Shield Drive. No citations were issued.

4:57 p.m. An ambulance was requested in Hayden.

5:21 p.m. Police responded to a fight between two male juveniles on Dream Island Plaza. The dispute was mediated and the juveniles released to their parents.

6:20 p.m. Sheriff's Office deputies were summoned to a domestic dispute. A man was arrested for menacing and booked into Routt County Jail.

6:24 p.m. An abandoned vehicle was reported at mile marker 22 of Routt County Road 27. The driver was not with the vehicle when the call was made because he was filling up water tanks for horses.

8:32 p.m. A man was arrested for driving under the influence in the 100 block of North Third Street in Hayden.
