7:13 a.m. A man in the 38000 block of Routt County Road 53 in Hayden reported receiving harassing phone calls.
7:57 a.m. Graffiti was reported in the 2300 block of Ski Time Square. Police said the graffiti consisted of "spray-painted characters" on the side of a building. The incident is under investigation.
9:58 a.m. A 57-year-old Phippsburg man was arrested on Colorado Highway 131 near mile marker 44 in Phippsburg on suspicion of forgery, possessing a forgery instrument and larceny theft.
11:18 a.m. A drunken man was taken to detox from the first block of Seventh Street.
12:39 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury, hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
1:13 p.m. A woman reportedly saw a drunken driver on Park Court. The complaint was unfounded.
1:34 p.m. A man found a bicycle in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue.
2:06 p.m. A woman reportedly saw a bear on the railroad tracks near Mount Werner Road.
3:08 p.m. Graffiti was reported in the 2000 block of Village Inn Court. Police said the incident is related to the earlier report of graffiti on Ski Time Square.
3:29 p.m. A 51-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested near Tenth Street and Lincoln Avenue on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving a defective vehicle.
3:49 p.m. A third case of graffiti was reported in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle.
4:20 p.m. A theft was reported at the police department.
5:58 p.m. A man in the 900 block of Pamela Lane reportedly was concerned about people parking on the street during a lacrosse game.
6:25 p.m. A gas leak was reported in the 2900 block of Trails Edge. Everything was fine.
6:53 p.m. A driver was cited for speeding on Burgess Creek Road.
7:27 p.m. A 35-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested in the 900 block of Weiss Drive on suspicion of violating a protection order, driving under revocation and driving under the influence of alcohol.
7:51 p.m. An 18-year-old Craig man was arrested in the 800 block of Howelsen Parkway for failing to appear in court.
8:30 p.m. A group of teenagers reportedly were shooting off bottle rockets somewhere in Steamboat. Police seized the fireworks and released the teens to the teens' parents.
11:16 p.m. A 17-year-old boy was arrested near Seventh and Pine streets on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
