2:27 a.m. Two Oak Creek women reported their 52-year-old friend missing from a campsite near Chapman Reservoir in Rio Blanco County. Routt County Search and Rescue and officials with the Rio Blanco County Sheriff's Office found the woman around 11:50 a.m. The woman apparently died from hypothermia after falling in the reservoir.
3:02 a.m. A drunken man was taken to the hospital from the 2200 block of Village Inn Court after passing out on a set of stairs. The man had been taken to the hospital Wednesday night, but "escaped," after being found passed out near Pine Grove Road and Central Park Drive on a bicycle.
6:22 a.m. Someone threw a rock through a bank's glass door in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue. Nothing was missing from the bank. The incident is under investigation.
6:45 a.m. Someone reportedly was cutting blocks before 7 a.m. in the 2800 block of Blackhawk Court.
7:50 a.m. A man reportedly threw a woman on the ground near Chinook Lane. The man and woman reportedly "were horsing around."
8:26 a.m. Someone reportedly broke into a man's home in the 23000 block of Snowbird Trail in Oak Creek. The incident is under investigation.
9:29 a.m. A man in the 3100 block of Chinook Lane reported being hit in the face by an "old friend." Police said the alleged incident was unfounded.
10 a.m. Several all-terrain vehicles reportedly were damaged and diesel fuel was siphoned from tanks on Routt County Road 42.
10:45 a.m. A 45-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested in the 26000 block of C.R. 43 for failing to appear in court.
11:10 a.m. A store manager chased someone who reportedly had stolen a pack of cigarettes from his store in the 2500 block of Apres Ski Way. The person dropped the cigarettes during the chase.
11:55 a.m. A tow truck reportedly spilled some diesel fuel or hydraulic fluid in a driveway in the first block of Park Place. Firefighters cleaned the spill.
5:13 p.m. A man in the 1600 block of Conestoga Way reportedly received a call from someone with an "Indian accent" asking for his bank information to make a Social Security payment. Police said the call was a fraud, and a fraud report was taken.
5:32 p.m. A man lost his cell phone in the 100 block of Ninth Street.
7:45 p.m. A woman reportedly was flagging down cars trying to get a ride near Central Park Drive and Snapdragon Way. The woman was gone when officers arrived.
