Steamboat Springs 12:55 a.m. Three people reportedly were "playing guitars, singing and being annoying" on Flagstone Court. The people were gone when officers arrived.
1:14 a.m. A woman in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue reported a man coming into her room, touching her leg and then jumping off a second-story balcony. A report was taken.
7:34 a.m. A man reportedly hit a dog on Seventh Street. A woman took the dog to a veterinarian.
8:15 a.m. Officers warned a woman to stop calling her friend's wife.
8:21 a.m. An 18-year-old boy reportedly slapped his mother in the face after the two had been arguing. Officers contacted the boy and gave him a warning.
9:12 a.m. Officers checked on a woman who reportedly had told a friend she wanted to harm herself. The woman was fine.
10:25 a.m. A 37-year-old Steamboat Springs woman was arrested at the Routt County Jail for failing to appear in court.
10:30 a.m. A man reportedly was fighting with his girlfriend.
12:41 p.m. A fraud report was taken in the 1400 block of Morgan Court.
4:49 p.m. A drunken man reportedly was stumbling in another man's driveway in the 2900 block of West Acres Drive.
4:59 p.m. A man in the first block of Anglers Drive reported seeing two men in a car "roll a marijuana joint" and "break apart a marijuana bulb."
5:43 p.m. A woman reported seeing two motorcyclists "gunning, speeding and doing wheelies" down AprÃs Ski Way.
5:52 p.m. A 25-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested at the jail for failing to appear in court.
6:09 p.m. A woman reportedly saw a dog locked in a car without water near Ninth and Oak streets.
6:23 p.m. Someone near Eighth and Pine streets reportedly saw a teenager on top of a two-story roof having trouble getting down. The teen was gone when officers arrived.
8:29 p.m. Someone reportedly stole a child's bike from a yard in the 1200 block of Bob Adams Drive.
9:09 p.m. A man reported his neighbor having a bonfire without a permit and "smoking him out."
