1:43 a.m. A man reportedly saw a bear near Lincoln Avenue and Mount Werner Road. The bear was gone when officers arrived.

2:18 a.m. A man and woman reportedly were arguing.

7:12 a.m. Someone reportedly ran into a Steamboat Ski and Resort Corp. sign on Mount Werner Circle.

9:47 a.m. A 20-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested in the 1300 block of Bob Adams Drive on suspicion of criminal mischief and being a minor in possession. Police said the man damaged a window screen and a vehicle.

10:58 a.m. A bear spread trash all over a yard in the 2500 block of Anthony Circle.

12:07 p.m. Someone reportedly damaged sheetrock in an underground parking garage in the 2200 block of AprÃs Ski Way.

12:44 p.m. A 21-year-old Craig man was arrested near Village Drive and Medicine Springs Drive for failing to appear in court.

1:02 p.m. A check fraud was reported in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza.

2:32 p.m. Someone reportedly dumped a lot of trash at a car wash on Hilltop Parkway.

3:55 p.m. A 37-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested in the 2100 block of Mount Werner Road for being a fugitive of justice.

9:02 p.m. A woman left an emergency message for her brother at the police department. The woman's brother lives in Craig, and the message was forwarded there.

10:19 p.m. "Truckloads" of skateboarders reportedly were grinding in the 1300 block of Bob Adams Drive. Officers gave the group a warning.
