2:10 a.m. Police assisted Colorado Department of Transportation workers with a mudslide that affected the westbound lane of U.S. Highway 40 between downtown Steamboat and Hilltop Parkway.

6:54 a.m. Police responded to a report of domestic violence. A report was taken and the incident is still under investigation.

8:35 a.m. A woman reported losing a cell phone somewhere in Steamboat.

9:03 a.m. Police received a report of a runaway juvenile in the 1300 block of Walton Creek Road. The juvenile still had not returned home as of Tuesday afternoon, police said.

9:25 a.m. A man reported lobby mats stolen from the post office in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue.

10:27 a.m. A person reported that someone sprayed graffiti on an office window in the 1900 block of Alpine Plaza.

10:33 a.m. A woman complained about people leaving unsecured trash cans outside and that animals had gotten into the trash on Huckleberry Lane.

10:37 a.m. Police responded to a two-vehicle, noninjury accident in the 1400 block of South Lincoln Avenue. Police issued a citation to one of the drivers.

10:50 a.m. Police registered a sex offender at the police station.

10:56 a.m. A man turned in a passport found near Village Drive and Apres Ski Way.

12:51 p.m. A woman reported finding a bicycle in the first block of Seventh Street.

1:48 p.m. Police responded to a two-vehicle, noninjury accident near Hilltop Parkway and South Lincoln Avenue.

3:42 p.m. A man reported his vehicle had been damaged in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

4:22 p.m. A man called to report a suspicious liquid in the alley in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue. Firefighters responded to examine the liquid, and they determined it was not hazardous.

5:39 p.m. Police responded to a two-vehicle, noninjury accident in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza.

7:29 p.m. A man reported that his son ran away. The boy was later found.
