Steamboat Springs From March 22 to 24, The Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant will celebrate its fifth anniversary as a member of the Steamboat community. The Rio is located in the heart of downtown at 628 Lincoln Ave.
Festivities will begin at 5 p.m each night. The evenings include food and drink specials, local live music and nightly giveaways, including a kayak and snowboard. This is The Rio's way of thanking the community for their support. For more information, call 871-6277.
SmartWool recognizes reps with awards
SmartWool has announced the inaugural Rep of the Year and Rep Agency of the Year Awards, recognizing the work of the individual and team that together helped make the SmartWool brand stand out among retailers in 2006 for its quality product and service.
Matt Ronca from the Hawk Sales Group of York, Maine, and the Alpert Tebrich agency of California were named the Rep of the Year and Rep Agency of the Year, respectively, for 2006. The awards were given based on growth, strategic planning and brand support, projection management and business management, communication and "whatever it takes mentally."

adors are seeking sponsors and businesses willing to donate prizes for its 14th annual Y.E.S. (Youth Education Scholarship) golf tournament planned for June 6. Proceeds typically provide eight to 10 scholarships annually to Routt County high school seniors. Call Amy Williams, membership director, at 875-7004.
