6:31 p.m. Executive session

- Section 24-6-402(4)(f) for purposes of discussing personnel matter regarding mid-year progress reports for administrators' and superintendent's 2005-2006 evaluations

- Section 24-6-402(4)(e) for purposes of discussing the specific matter, which is subject to negotiation, regarding the contract with the North Routt Community Charter School

7 p.m. Public comments and staff comments

- The purpose of the comments section of the agenda is for members of the public or staff to speak to the Board of Education on any subject not scheduled on the Study Session agenda. The Board shall make no decision or take action except to direct the superintendent to take action or to schedule the matter for the Board's discussion at a later date. Those addressing the Board are requested to identify themselves by name. Individual comments will be limited to three minutes. Time allocated to a particular topic will be limited to a total of 20 minutes. Public comment concerning an individual employee will be held in executive session per C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(f).

Items on the agenda: Those wishing to address the Board regarding an item on the Study Session agenda are requested to sign in at the beginning of the meeting under that agenda item. The Board president will call on individuals who have signed in to address the an agenda item at the appropriate time. It is not the intention of the Board to debate issues at Study Sessions, but rather to gather input from members of the public or staff as the Board studies agenda topics.
