12:16 a.m. A 42-year-old man was taken to the hospital from the 2300 block of Ski Time Square Drive because he was suffering from a rapid heart rate and was coughing up blood.

8:02 a.m. A woman lost her cell phone in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue.

8:13 a.m. A John Deere tractor reportedly was parked in the 100 block of Eighth Street, and someone was concerned that its hydraulic arm was going to come down and "kill someone." Officers warned the tractor's owner to move it.

10:14 a.m. A 23-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested in the 2600 block of Burgess Creek Road for failing to appear in court.

11:46 a.m. A scooter worth $1,100 reportedly was stolen from the 1800 block of Ski Time Square.

12:37 p.m. A snowboard worth $400 reportedly was stolen from a ski storage rack in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle.

12:46 p.m. A man in the 1100 block of Fish Creek Falls Road reported his neighbor plowing 3 feet of snow onto a city street, which the man said is a hazard and illegal. Police gave the neighbor a warning.

3:27 p.m. A man lost his cell phone in his home in the 1700 block of Brome Drive.

3:29 p.m. A tractor reportedly slid off a trailer near Lincoln Avenue and Walton Creek Road. No one was injured.

4:21 p.m. A piece of ice reportedly fell on a man's car on Lincoln Avenue.

4:47 p.m. Someone reportedly stole two passports from a car in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

6:10 p.m. A 42-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested in the 3300 block of AprÃs Ski Way on a contempt of court warrant.

9:24 p.m. A 16-year-old boy was taken to the hospital from the 1400 block of Mark Twain Lane because he didn't feel well and was having difficulty breathing.

10 p.m. An intoxicated Colorado Mountain College student reportedly tried to run over his resident advisor in the 1300 block of Bob Adams Drive. Police said the RA was chasing the student before the student got in a car. The student then reportedly tried to drive over the RA before leaving the area. Police were unable to find the student.

11:26 p.m. A 40-year-old woman was taken to the hospital from the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue because she was suffering from an allergic reaction to shellfish.

11:58 p.m. A man and woman reportedly were yelling and throwing things around in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers mediated the situation.
