Simplistic logic should steer you to the fact that young liquor laden Mosser obviously wasn't "let go" by the police since he was arrested twice within a weekend by different agencies.

Seems like "Nick James Mosser"

"Nicholas James Mosser, 19, Steamboat Springs - DUI, no proof of insurance, driving an unsafe vehicle (RCSO)" and

"Nick James Mosser, 20, Steamboat Springs - DUI, DUI per se, minor in possession (SSPD)" have a serious problem with repeat offenses.

He also appears to have had a birthday in between his two arrests or someone made an error on his age.

Why do we see repeat offenders continue to contribute to the serious drinking and driving problem in this county?
