12:38 a.m. A driver was arrested on U.S. 40 at the Mount Werner Road off-ramp for driving under the influence, minor in possession of alcohol and driving on a suspended license.

7:40 a.m. A crying child was reported in the 1400 block of Pine Grove Road. A 3-year-old was found crying for his mother in a hallway. The mother was located.

9:36 a.m. Sexual assault was reported. The case is under investigation.

1:04 p.m. A railroad crossing was reportedly down at Fifth Street and Yampa Street when no train was coming. The crossing was found to be working properly.

1:27 p.m. A gas skip was reported on Anglers Drive. A white SUV reportedly drove off without paying for $44.67 of gas. There was a credit card misread, and the driver was located and returned to pay for the gas.

3:19 p.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported in the Howelsen Hill Skate Park parking lot involving a park maintenance vehicle and a parked car. No injuries were reported.

3:34 p.m. A gas skip was reported on Anglers Drive. A black Jeep Wrangler drove off without paying for $11.01 worth of gas. The driver was located and returned to pay.

4:26 p.m. Juveniles reportedly threw mud and other items at cars driving by on Mount Werner Road. They were gone when police arrived.

4:37 p.m. Three vehicles reportedly were involved in a chain-reaction car accident at U.S. 40 and Mount Werner Road. One woman was taken to the hospital for neck pain, and a driver was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs.

6:26 p.m. Juveniles reportedly played loud music in the 1300 block of Bob Adams Drive. They were issued a verbal warning.

10:37 p.m. A woman reported a possible fire in the 480 block of Ore House Plaza. She smelled smoke and believed smoke to be coming out of a second floor dryer vent. There was only steam coming out of the vent.

11:44 p.m. A driver was arrested at Pine and Sixth Streets for driving under the influence.
