City Council could OK inclusionary ordinance tonight

Steamboat Springs homeowners will have to pay new fees to expand their homes under an affordable housing ordinance the City Council could enact tonight.

Applicants for new judgeship named

Four people have applied to fill a new judgeship in the 14th Judicial District. The applicants are Mary C. Hoak of Fraser; Steven A. Gall of Hot Sulphur Springs; and Kerry St. James and Tammy L. Jenson of Steamboat Springs. Hoak is a county judge in Grand County. St. James is assistant DA in the District Attorney's Office. Jenson is a former deputy district attorney who is now in private practice.

Foundation names new director
