12:11 a.m. A person complained of noise in the 200 block of Blue Sage Circle. Police issued a citation for a small party that was being too loud.

12:51 a.m. A suspicious person was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. Police arrested an intoxicated man who was passed out in a bus shelter and had four warrants out for his arrest.

2:11 a.m. Juveniles were reported to have moved road cones into the road near U.S. Highway 40 and the Mt. Werner Road on-ramp. The juveniles were gone on the arrival of police.

5:32 a.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported on U.S. Highway 40, west of Sleepy Bear.

6:42 a.m. A person complained of a construction contractor starting work too early, blocking traffic and not using a flagman. Police warned the contractor.

7:37 a.m. A person complained of a dog at large in the 400 block of Cherry Drive. The dog was taken to a shelter, and its owner was cited.

1:32 a.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported on County Road 16 near mile marker 19.

3:10 p.m. An officer was requested in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square after a driver reportedly almost hit a woman in a parking lot and then verbally harassed her. The driver was gone on the arrival of police.

4:51 p.m. Trespassing was reported in the 6100 block of U.S. Highway 131.

8:31 p.m. Domestic violence was reported in Steamboat Springs.

10:32 p.m. A person complained of noise in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police issued a verbal warning.

11:33 p.m. A person complained of noise resulting from fireworks in the 700 block of Walton Pond Circle. Police were unable to locate the people setting off fireworks.
