12:03 a.m. Two roommates reportedly were arguing about a dog in the 3100 block of Chinook Lane. One roommate reportedly hit the other during the argument. Police mediated the situation.

12:39 a.m. Officers assisted a man who had been admitted to the hospital by locking his car and bringing him his personal belongings.

2:17 a.m. Someone reportedly heard loud music and fireworks near Evans Street and Saratoga Avenue.

3:44 a.m. Someone reportedly heard three or four people cursing and fighting in the 1000 block of 13th Street.

4:55 a.m. Several signs reportedly were stolen from near Riverside Plaza and Lincoln Avenue. The signs were recovered.

5:33 a.m. Officers mediated an argument between a man and a woman.

7:44 a.m. Three bears reportedly were sleeping in a tree in the 900 block of Pine Street.

9:29 a.m. A woman reported being "solicited for favors" by an elderly man in a park near 13th Street and Lincoln Avenue. The man was gone when officers arrived.

9:49 a.m. A license plate was stolen or fell off a car in the 33000 block of Catamount Drive.

12:25 p.m. A man complained about a dump truck driving with an uncovered load near Lincoln Avenue and Pine Grove Road.

1 p.m. A man's motorcycle reportedly was stolen from the 2000 block of Montview Court. The man's motorcycle was found and returned to its owner Wednesday.

1:46 p.m. A semitrailer driver reportedly was throwing trash out a window on U.S. Highway 40 west of Steamboat.

1:49 p.m. A woman lost her cell phone somewhere "in the wilderness."

2:07 p.m. A woman in her 80s reportedly felt dizzy and was clammy. The woman did not want to be taken to the hospital.

2:18 p.m. A man reportedly lost control of his Chevrolet Blazer coming down Routt County Road 78 in Hayden and rolled the car. The man was not injured and drove the car into Hayden.

2:29 p.m. A 17-year-old girl was taken to the hospital from near Second and Pine streets after she fell on the pavement and cut her head.

2:51 p.m. A 22-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested at the police department for being a fugitive of justice.

3:06 p.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office employees updated the county's sex offender registration. All registrants were in compliance.

3:57 p.m. A man in the 29000 block of Elk View Drive reported his roommate taking his television.

4:38 p.m. A woman lost her cell phone in the 400 block of Howelsen Parkway.

6:32 p.m. Someone reported a woman selling tamales out of her car on Anchor Way.

7:21 p.m. Officers checked on an elderly woman in the 1300 block of Indian Trails because she hadn't been answering her cell phone. The woman was fine.

7:33 p.m. A pizza delivery sign was stolen off a car in the 3100 block of Lincoln Avenue.

9:27 p.m. A helmet reportedly was stolen in the 100 block of Mountain Village Circle.

9:48 p.m. A woman reportedly was swerving and tailgating other vehicles near Seventh and Yampa streets.

10:14 p.m. A 48-year-old Hayden man was arrested in the 100 block of Poplar Street on suspicion of violating a protection order.

11:05 p.m. A woman reported someone ringing her doorbell and running off in the 300 block of Blackberry Lane.
