12:08 a.m. A person complained of noise in the 1000 block of 13th Street. Police issued a warning.

12:18 a.m. A person reported an elk in the road near mile marker 15 on U.S. Highway 40. Police arrived and found a dead bear in the road that had been hit by car.

2:05 a.m. A person complained of noise in the 400 and 500 blocks of Eaglepointe Court. Police issued a warning.

2:17 a.m. A person complained of noise in the 100 block of Missouri Avenue. The subjects were gone on the arrival of police.

6:46 a.m. Two intoxicated males, one on a bike and another on a skateboard, were reported to have stolen newspapers from a newspaper deliveryman. The subjects were located, and one possessed less than one ounce of marijuana, police said. The two were placed in detoxification; neither was arrested. The newspapers were returned to the deliveryman.

8:33 a.m. A person complained of an animal at Rolling Stone Drive and Pine Grove Road.

10:13 a.m. Theft of checks by a former roommate was reported in the 41700 block of Aspen Hollow Lane. A report was taken.

11:31 a.m. A person complained of an animal in the 100 block of 11th Street.

11:46 a.m. Theft was reported at the Howelson Hill volleyball courts. A report was taken.

1:03 p.m. A person complained of an animal in a 10th Street parking lot. Police issued a warning.

2:29 p.m. Harassment was reported at Lincoln Park.

3:22 p.m. A person complained of cows in the road on County Road 37 near mile marker 13. Police moved the cows off the road but were unable to locate their owner.

4:28 p.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

6:17 p.m. A person complained of a horse in the road on County Road 14, south of Oak Creek. The horse's owner came and got it.

6:24 p.m. A gas skip was reported on Anglers Drive. Police took a report.

7:21 p.m. A person complained of an animal at 11th and Yampa streets. The animal was gone on the arrival of police.

10 p.m. A person complained of noise in the 2500 block of Apres Ski Way. Police issued a warning.

10:04 p.m. A person complained of an animal in the alley behind the 400 block of Seventh Street. The animal was gone upon the arrival of police.
