7:13 a.m. A 29-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested near Third Street and Lincoln Avenue for being a fugitive of justice and failing to appear.
8:04 a.m. Officers directed traffic for about an hour near Anglers Drive and Lincoln Avenue because a traffic light was malfunctioning.
8:11 a.m. Someone reportedly stole a pair of skis from a Steamboat Springs Transit bus. A report was taken.
9:19 a.m. A woman reported losing her cell phone in Mexico.
9:36 a.m. An 80-year-old woman was taken to the hospital from the 600 block of Pine Street because she was having difficulty breathing.
10:37 a.m. A 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault, harassment, wiretapping and violating a protection order. Police said the man allegedly hit a woman in the jaw and took away her cell phone when she tried to call police.
2:26 a.m. A 29-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square for being a fugitive of justice.
4:42 p.m. A woman in the 2200 block of Glacier Ridge reportedly was receiving phone calls from a group of kids speaking "jibberish."
4:49 p.m. A man driving from Craig to Steamboat Springs was taken to the hospital from U.S. Highway 40 near Hayden because he was feeling dizzy and disoriented.
5:13 p.m. A Steamboat Springs police officer saw a black Chevrolet Blazer trespassing on Emerald Mountain. Officers warned the driver to leave the area.
7:10 p.m. A driver was cited for driving under suspension near Lincoln Avenue and Mount Werner Road.
10:42 p.m. A drunken man was taken to detox from the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue.
