Colorado Group Realty announces new broker

— Kelda Combs Wall has joined Colorado Group Realty as an associate broker.

Wall said she believes a good broker should know her community inside and out. Her great-great-uncle moved to the Yampa Valley in the late 1800s, and her children are sixth-generation Yampa Valley residents. Wall grew up in Steamboat.

Her family has been in the construction business for more than 30 years. She said her decision to become a real estate broker was a natural one.

Wall can be reached at 870-2961 or by e-mail at kelda@mybrokers.com.

Main Street Steamboat sets annual meeting

The annual meeting for Main Street Steamboat Springs is at 8 a.m. Tuesday in Centennial Hall.

Along with the discussion of the accomplishments of the past year and the plans for the new year, there will be a presentation on the proposed Business Improvement District.

Because the BID will be a major focus for all committees for the next year, the meeting will be an opportunity to understand what the district means to property owners and tenants.
