— 12:10 a.m. Two drunken Craig residents were arrested outside a bar in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive on suspicion of harassment, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and obstructing police officers.

4:10 a.m. A woman reported her car stolen in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive. Officers later found the woman's car in an underground parking garage.

9:26 a.m. A partially naked 3-year-old girl was found sitting on the road near Fly Gulch and Routt County Road 52E. A passing motorist saw the girl at about 8:50 a.m. and drove her to the hospital. The girl was flown from Yampa Valley Medical Center to Denver Children's Hospital, where she was listed in stable condition Wednesday. Police said the girl had wandered away from her home and was exposed to sub-zero temperatures for at least 25 minutes. The girl's parents will not face criminal charges, police said.

10:03 a.m. Someone reported overflowing garbage in the 3300 block of AprÃs Ski Way. A citation was issued.

1:40 p.m. A car reportedly was partially parked on a sidewalk in the 400 block of Oak Street. The car's owner moved the car before officers gave him a ticket.

2:17 p.m. A 35-year-old Steamboat Springs woman was arrested on suspicion of violating her bail bond conditions.

2:49 p.m. A "highly intoxicated" man was taken to detox from the 2200 block of County Shop Road. Police said the man had been told to leave a business several times and was taken to detox "for his own safety."

9:35 p.m. Two drunken men reportedly were fighting in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza. One of the men was taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries. The other man was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

10:55 p.m. Two people reportedly were arguing in the 40000 block of Anchor Way when one of them reportedly threatened suicide. A report was taken.

11:35 p.m. A man was arrested in Routt County on suspicion of domestic violence.
