12:20 a.m. Two men reportedly were making slurs at Texans and kicking at them at a bar in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square. Police said the fight was broken up but that another group of men was trying to provoke a second fight. All the men were gone when officers arrived.

4:30 a.m. A drunken man in his early 20s reportedly was walking on Lincoln Avenue east of Walton Creek Road without a hat, coat or gloves. The man was gone when officers arrived.

6:58 a.m. A 26-year-old Hayden man was arrested in the 200 block of Jefferson Avenue in Hayden on suspicion of third-degree assault.

7:51 a.m. A man and woman reportedly were arguing loudly in the 800 block of Pine Street, and a neighbor was concerned about the couple's teenage daughter. Officers checked on the family, and everything was fine.

8:11 a.m. A dog in the 400 block of Lupine Drive tried to bite a man. Animal control officers gave the dog's owner a written warning.

9:58 a.m. A shaggy dog wouldn't let a woman in or out of her house because it was sitting on her porch in the 800 block of Pine Street.

12:04 p.m. A piece of rebar fell off a truck near Anglers Drive and Lincoln Avenue. Officers removed the rebar from the road.

12:22 p.m. A woman in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle was cited for using a ski pass illegally.

12:23 p.m. A man reported $800 missing from a bar at the Steamboat Ski Area. The incident is under investigation.

12:34 p.m. A Steamboat Springs woman lost her cell phone in the Denver area. A report was taken.

1:02 p.m. A man lost his cell phone in the 400 block of Ore House Plaza.

1:05 p.m. Two skiers collided coming down the Vagabond trail at the Steamboat Ski Area. One skier was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.

1:46 p.m. A landlord reportedly stole several items from a renter in the 1500 block of Natches Way. Police said the renter hadn't paid their rent. They deemed the situation civil, not criminal.

2:22 p.m. Someone reportedly stole five jackets, an iPod and other miscellaneous items from a store in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle. The incident is under investigation.

3:33 p.m. A Ford Taurus was stuck in a ditch in the 3000 block of Columbine Drive.

6:41 a.m. A woman lost her wallet in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue.

8:23 a.m. A man was concerned about his 13-year-old daughter in the 2000 block of Honeysuckle Lane because she had been involved in an argument with her mother. The man thought the girl had been left home alone. Officers checked on the girl, and she was fine.

8:36 p.m. A 23-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle for being a fugitive of justice.

8:44 p.m. Someone was cited for being a minor in possession in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle.

9:12 p.m. An 18-year-old and a 20-year-old were cited for being minors in possession in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle.

9:41 p.m. A high school student was cited for being a minor in consumption and a minor in possession after someone reportedly saw him drinking alcohol and possessing "a little bit" of marijuana at a basketball game, police said.

9:34 p.m. Two people were taken to the hospital from the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue.

9:55 p.m. A group of young people reportedly trespassed onto hotel property in the 2000 block of Village Inn Court to use a hot tub. One of the people was cited for being a minor in possession.
