6:36 a.m. A stranded motorist reportedly was blocking a lane of traffic near Lincoln Avenue and 10th Street. The car was gone when officers arrived.

10:49 a.m. A Steamboat Springs High School student was cited for possessing less than 1 ounce of marijuana in the first block of Maple Street.

10:52 a.m. A man reported someone using his checking account illegally. A report was taken.

11:10 a.m. A woman reportedly smelled natural gas in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. Steamboat firefighters and police officers evacuated the Oak Street Plaza until officials checked out the building. There was no gas leak, and the plaza was reopened by noon.

11:28 a.m. A 32-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on suspicion of harassment after he allegedly placed several harassing phone calls to a woman.

12:23 p.m. An iPod was reported stolen in the first block of Maple Street. A report was taken.

1:02 p.m. A woman in the 40000 block of Anchor Way reportedly thought a man riding his bike with a dog was suspicious. The man was gone when officers arrived.

1:05 p.m. A 20-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested in the 1000 block of Overlook Drive on suspicion of failing to notify of an accident and not having insurance.

2:38 p.m. A food delivery truck reportedly blocked a driver in an alley in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers mediated the situation.

3:23 p.m. A found wallet was returned to its owner in the 100 block of Eighth Street.

4:17 p.m. A campground owner in the 3600 block of Lincoln Avenue wanted officers to evict tenants who hadn't paid their space fee. The people left.

7:20 p.m. A man lost his cell phone in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza.

8:41 p.m. A 24-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested in the 1900 block of Ski Time Square on suspicion of theft after he "stuffed a pair of women's mittens into his pockets." Police said the man allegedly stole the mitten's from an all-women's clothing store and was then caught asking people for "scissors or something sharp" to cut the tags off the mittens. The man also had two outstanding warrants.

9:55 p.m. Several teenagers reportedly were running up and down the hall kicking walls in the 2300 block of Storm Meadows Drive. Officers gave the teens a warning.

11:09 p.m. A 21-year-old drunken man was taken to the hospital from behind a bar in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square.
