Registration ongoing for Cotillion classes

— Registration is ongoing for Cotillion classes for children in the fifth through eighth grades. The cost is $155 for fifth- and sixth-graders and $180 for seventh- and eighth-graders. Community foundation accepting grant forms

The Yampa Valley Community Foundation's quarterly competitive grant forms are being accepted through March 15. The Community Foundation allocates funds for projects and programs that demonstrate progress toward achieving healthy community goals in the areas of Art and Culture, Education, Environment, Health and Human Services, and Recreation. The Community Foundation will consider proposals from nonprofit organizations in Routt and Moffat counties. Grant applications can be found at www.yvcf.org or at 465 Anglers Drive, Suite 2-G. Driver's License Office closed March 2 to 12

The Steamboat Springs Driver's License Office at 425 Anglers Drive will close at noon Friday, March 2, and reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, March 12. The Driver's License Office in Craig will be open from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 5 p.m. March 5 through March 8. The Craig office is at 555 Breeze St. General license and reinstatement information can be obtained by calling (303) 205-5613.

Art museum needs volunteers through April 15

The Steamboat Art Museum needs volunteers to staff the museum through April 15. Volunteers will work two- or three-hour shifts once a week. Training will be provided and required. Call Nancy Westphale at 846-0504 or Linda Knox at 879-3076.
