I got the tattoo of the sugar skull to represent Hispanic culture. It is a design from the Dia de los Muertos, or "Day of the Dead," holiday. I got the tattoo from Brad Cramer at Truth Tattoo.

Is the color bleeding outside the tatoo or is that red from inflammation?

Gladys- probably a little of both. The skull should be colored for a Dead mask, usually.
