A. 1993 (Bubenheim)/1997 (Diamond); came to hunt and fish in the mountains.

A. Opening a restaurant.

A. Starting at 8 a.m., prepping and getting the restaurant open.
Q. What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
A. Work hard, and you'll succeed.

A. Just one: We strive to bring the best affordable food to Routt County.

A. A success.

A. Any four that like great food. We'd talk about who they are.
