2:40 a.m. A disturbance involving juveniles was reported in Clark. The incident is still under investigation.

8:39 a.m. A dog at large was reported on Fairview Drive. Animal Control was unable to capture the animal.

9:15 a.m. Three vehicles were reported stolen from an auto dealership in the 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue. Two of the vehicles have been recovered. Police are investigating.

11:58 a.m. A dog bite complaint was reported from the 800 block of Steamboat Boulevard. Police gave the animal's owner a written warning.

12:15 p.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies assisted an elderly woman who was unable to enter her residence in the 25300 block of C.R. 33A, because her front door was frozen shut.

1:58 p.m. A wallet and jacket were reported stolen from the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive. Police took a report.

2:19 p.m. A dog at large was reported on Highland Drive. Animal Control officials took the dog into custody.

2:34 p.m. A vicious dog was reported on a bike path adjacent to the 1000 block of Yampa Street. Police gave the dog's owner a warning.

3:02 p.m. A two-vehicle, hit-and-run accident was reported from a parking lot in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. Police took a report.

3:42 p.m. A drunken driver was reported on the 1100 block of Yampa Street. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.

4:07 p.m. A disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue, where a pedestrian was reportedly yelling at people on the street.

4:18 p.m. A drunken driver was reported heading eastbound on U.S. 40 near Pine Grove Road. Police located the vehicle parked at a condominium complex, but there was no answer at the residence associated with the driver.

5:28 p.m. A suspicious incident was reported in the 1700 block of Fetcher Park Drive, where three juveniles reportedly pulled icicles off a building and threw them around in a public restroom.

5:43 p.m. A lost or stolen wallet was reported from the 2800 block of Village Drive. The wallet was last seen in a hotel room three days earlier. Police took a report.

6:30 p.m. A vehicle complaint was received from the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Seventh Street, where a stalled car was blocking traffic. The vehicle was gone before officers arrived.

6:30 p.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported near mile marker 113 on U.S. 40, where an eastbound driver struck an elk. There was minor damage to the vehicle. The elk survived.

6:36 p.m. A mother requested a welfare check on her son in Steamboat Springs, whom she was unable to contact. Police were unable to locate the person.

7:34 p.m. A man was arrested on domestic violence charges in Yampa.

11:14 p.m. A noise complaint was received from the 800 block of South Lincoln Avenue, where people were playing loud music after quiet hours and banging on the floor. Police issued a warning.
