Steamboat Springs 2:13 a.m. Police responded to a fight in progress in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. A Routt County sheriff's deputy said that when officers arrived, the fight had cleared, and a report was taken.
2:22 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department responded to a burglar alarm in Ski Time Square.
2:26 a.m. A suspicious person was reported near U.S. Highway 40 and Old Fish Creek Falls.
5:57 a.m. Police responded to a fire alarm at Whiteman Primary School in the 800 block of Oak Street. A water pipe had broken, setting off the alarm.
10:52 a.m. A woman reported a hit-and-run accident in the 1600 block of Moraine Circle. Police said the complaint came from a snowplow backing into a post office box the night before.
11:13 a.m. A 43-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary and criminal mischief in Steamboat Springs. Police responded to a burglary call, and said the arrest was a domestic violence case.
1:53 p.m. Police responded to a two-vehicle, noninjury accident at Oak Street and 12th Street.
2:32 p.m. Police responded to an anonymous report of a disturbance on Walton Creek Road. They were unable to find the disturbance.
3:05 p.m. The Sheriff's Office responded to an anonymous complaint of two sheep in the road on U.S. Highway 131, just north of Oak Creek. The sheep were gone when officers arrived.
3:12 p.m. A man reported vandalism in the 40000 block of Anchor Way. The back of a sign at Anchor Way Baptist Church had been spray-painted.
3:23 p.m. Police responded to a two-vehicle, noninjury accident in the 1100 block of South Lincoln Avenue.
4:10 p.m. A woman requested a police officer at Fifth and Yampa streets because the railroad lights at that intersection were malfunctioning.
4:21 p.m. A man complained about dogs at large on Yahmonite Road. Police responded, and a verbal warning was issued.
5:21 p.m. The Sheriff's Office responded to a report of domestic violence in Yampa. A sheriff's deputy said the report resulted from an argument, and the call was unfounded.
9:56 p.m. A 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of criminal mischief and obstruction of a telephone in Steamboat Springs. Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle, which a sheriff's office deputy said had resulted from a domestic dispute.
10:28 p.m. A 55-year-old Montana woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving in the 1100 block of Saratoga Avenue.
