1:51 a.m. A bear reportedly was spotted near Fifth and Oak streets.

2:07 a.m. Officers contacted a suspicious person near Yampa and 13th streets.

6:06 a.m. A man reported hearing gunshots in the 300 block of Cherry Drive. Officers were unable to locate the source of the sounds.

8:59 a.m. A mobile home reportedly was vandalized.

9:06 a.m. Someone reportedly did not return a rental car to a business in the 2300 block of Lincoln Avenue. A report was taken.

9:43 a.m. A dog reportedly bit a woman on Blue Sage Circle. A report was taken.

10:02 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury, hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1000 block of Lincoln Avenue.

10:04 a.m. A dog reportedly bit a man in the 300 block of Blue Sage Circle. A report was taken.

12:07 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near 11th and Yampa streets.

1:55 p.m. A theft was reported near Routt County roads 179 and 33.

2:32 p.m. People reportedly were driving mopeds on the Yampa River Core Trail.

3:27 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury, hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

4:08 p.m. Officers mediated an argument between a man and a woman.

5:01 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 2700 block of Alpenglow Way.

7:43 p.m. A 52-year-old Granby man was arrested in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle for being a fugitive of justice.

9:48 p.m. Officers checked on a woman in the 3100 block of Lincoln Avenue. The woman was fine.

10:02 p.m. A man reported his son missing. The man eventually found his son.

10:53 p.m. A driver was cited for driving under suspension in the 3800 block of Whistler Road.

11:03 p.m. A man reportedly saw a bear near 11th and Yampa streets. The bear was gone when officers arrived.

11:20 p.m. A woman reported hearing loud music and voices in the 600 block of Pine Street.
