Pam Lindahl joins MacArthur & Stine

— MacArthur & Stine Real Estate has hired a new brokers associate, Pam Lindahl. Lindahl has been a licensed realtor in Steamboat Springs for more than six years.

"Pam is a high integrity person that along with her servant mindset toward her clients makes her an incredible realtor," said broker and owner Mark Stine. "I feel honored to get to work with someone the caliber of Pam everyday."

Lindahl, a second-generation Colorado native has lived in Steamboat with her husband Dave for 28 years. The two are volunteers with LIFT-UP of Routt County and Horizons. They have two children.

"Steamboat has proved itself time and time again to be a wonderful place to live and raise a family," Lindahl said. "Our community is small enough to care and big enough to present outstanding cultural events, while still able to offer the good things in life."

Mixer on Wednesday at Cook, Logger's Lane

The Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association will hold its next business after-hours mixer Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Cook Chevrolet and Logger's Lane businesses. The event will feature free food from Steamboat Smokehouse, free beverages and prizes. It is free for Chamber members and their guests.

Real Living a reality in Steamboat Springs

Attorneys Mark Fischer and Ralph Cantafio have opened a new real estate agency, Real Living Professional Group, at 1755 Central Park Drive, Suite 121.

Their business represents the first Real Living franchise in Colorado. Real Living is a family-owned company in Columbus, Ohio, which has a growing network of franchisees and manages more than 70 company-owned offices. Their intent is to serve all of Northwestern Colorado.

"We were impressed by the fact that Real Living possessed a cutting-edge ethic as to the use if emerging technologies and marketing approaches," Cantafio said.

He and Fischer intend to continue to practice law at The Law Offices of Ralph A. Cantafio, P.C. in Craig, Denver and Steamboat.
