Charlene Stees: History dispute

A response to Joanne Palmer's Steamboat Myth Busters No. 3. Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid hung out in Routt County. Ms. Palmer says, Nope. I disagree. If Ms. Palmer will read her history she will find that Butch Cassidy and his bunch passed through and hung out in Browns Park for several years; actually from the 1890s until about 1905. And at that time, Browns Park was in Routt County. Moffat County did not exist until 1911, so at the time the "Wild Bunch" was in Browns Park, it was Routt County. It is well-documented that they stayed with the Bassett family.
