1:58 a.m. A 2-year-old boy was found wandering around a parking lot in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. Officers did not see any adults in the area and began looking for the boy's parents. Officers eventually found an open door to a home across the street and contacted the boy's parents. Police said the parents won't face criminal charges. The boy was not injured.

4:49 a.m. A disoriented man was taken to the hospital from the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue after he reportedly was seen peering into several cars.

5:33 a.m. A wooden park sign reportedly was snapped in half near Sixth and Yampa streets.

7:16 a.m. A woman found a city street sign in the 1800 block of Bear Creek Drive. The sign was given to the Public Works Department.

7:54 a.m. Two vehicles were cited for parking illegally in the 800 block of Howelsen Parkway.

8:28 a.m. Two men who were found sleeping on a bench near Walton Creek Road and Lincoln Avenue were told to move on.

9:22 a.m. Someone was concerned about a group of allegedly unattended children in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue. The children were fine.

9:42 a.m. A car was cited for parking in a handicapped parking space in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

12:32 p.m. A woman's car reportedly rolled into a pond in the 800 block of Weiss Drive. Police said the woman told them her car was unlocked and in gear but that the emergency brake had not been set. No damage was reported and the woman did not want to fill out an accident report.

12:35 p.m. A motorcycle reportedly peeled out of the first block of 10th Street.

12:51 p.m. A 41-year-old Hayden woman was arrested in the 42000 block of McGuire Lane in Hayden for being a fugitive of justice.

12:52 p.m. A mountain bike reportedly was stolen from the 100 block of Maple Street.

1:37 p.m. A woman lost her iPod somewhere in Steamboat Springs. A report was taken.

1:41 p.m. Someone found a skateboard near Eighth and Yampa streets.

1:44 p.m. A disoriented man was taken to the hospital from near Apres Ski Way and Village Drive because he was being disruptive on a bus.

2:13 p.m. Officers checked on a man who reportedly threatened to harm himself. The man was referred to mental health professionals.

2:17 p.m. Someone reportedly stole a cell phone and $35 out of a man's backpack in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

3:05 p.m. Someone reportedly saw a man attack a woman inside a blue van in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza. Police were unable to find the van.

3:23 p.m. A woman's wallet reportedly was stolen from the Steamboat area.

3:24 p.m. Police contacted a driver near Central Park Drive and Snapdragon Way on suspicion the driver was under the influence of alcohol and weaving. Police said the driver was tired and was going to take a nap but was not under the influence of alcohol.

4:10 p.m. A drunken man was taken to detox from near Missouri Avenue and Grand Street.

6:28 p.m. Officers red tagged a vehicle that had two flat tires in the 200 block of Spruce Street.

7:39 p.m. Someone reportedly jumped into a man's boat and ripped its top off in the 2700 block of Village Drive. A report was taken.

7:44 p.m. A hospital patient reportedly left the hospital against the advice of doctors.

10:08 p.m. A 27-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza for being a fugitive of justice.

10:33 p.m. A group of loud people was given a warning to be quiet in the 700 block of Walton Pond Circle.

11:01 p.m. A 23-year-old Craig man was arrested in the 600 block of Tamarack Drive for being a fugitive of justice.

11:21 p.m. A trash can reportedly blew up in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue. The trash can was smoking, but no injuries were reported.
